Hi lovelies!
Today I would like to share another stunning look that I was wearing during Paris Fashion Week with you guys!
Believe it or not, if someone would have told me two years ago that I would be attending one of the most important fashion events in the world as a blogger, I most definitely would have said “no, no way this is happening”.
So, I cannot even put into words how grateful I am that this amazing opportunity was given to me.
And I can also tell you this, if someone would have said to me two years ago “red is such a great color for you to wear”, or even “red looks great on you”, I also would have said “no, no way that I am wearing red!”
But hey, look at me now. I am wearing this stunning color and especially now it is truly an “it-color” to wear. I might have mentioned it before, but I am going to say it again: Red is currently THE color to wear!
At this point I also would like to encourage you guys to try out new things, such as colors or styles, as you never know how it turns out for you. Taste changes over the years and for that simple reason you should always be open for new things 😉.
So, today’s look is certainly dedicated to red!
The checked cotton skirt with a lovely train is by Dsquared , and I found it at Jades in Düsseldorf. However, this lovely piece of fashion is also available online on www.jades24.com. Its sophisticated cut makes it truly one of a kind.
With the skirt I am wearing another super cool sweater by the talented artist Wodka Ogurez. For those of you who have been following my blog and social media accounts, you might already be familiar with the amazing hand painted fashion pieces. Personally, I am a big fan of the creative designs the artist comes up with 😉.
And as this look is a pre-fall outfit and the weather can be pretty unpredictable… I am also wearing a dark-red velvet blazer by Jadicted. I love how versatile it is, as you can either wear it as a blazer or even as a blouse (even though it does not have buttons). All you have to do is wrap yourself nicely in it 😉.
My accessories for this look… well let me just say, I deliberately chose to keep everything in similar color tones for this look. And oh boy, I cannot tell you how happy I was when this stunning red Fendi Runaway bag with black details on the edges, and the lovely matching sock ankle boots were finally in my possession! I truly am soooo in love with them and if I could, I would wear them all the time! From that last statement you can already tell that those ankle boots are just amazingly comfortable to wear.
Finally, to spice it all up a bit I have added a super cool leather Phone Candy bag with scarab décor and striped bag straps by Gabriele Frantzen to this casual-chic look. The trendy phone case has enough space for your cell phone and some cards or money and is certainly an eye catcher.
I think all ladies can relate when I say it is always a little circuitous to find a cell phone in a humongous bag. Well actually, let me take that bag, I also manage not to find things in small purses! For this reason, I am very appreciative for these lovely phone bags 😉.
My burgundy colored sunnies by Miu Miu match nicely to the rest of my look.
Thank you guys, for reading my blog and I hope you enjoyed today’s look as much as I did wearing it!
Stay tuned for what’s coming up next on Blondwalk.com!
