This is one of my favorite looks!

Whenever I wear a kimono I feel a certain type of joy and at the same time some sort of coolness. What I love the most about these beautiful fashion pieces is that they are so versatilely applicable. You can wear it as a piece of a layering look, tie- or untie it and however you decide to wear it, you can create completely different looks.

By now, I have to admit that my wardrobe is already equipped with a couple of kimonos, however I am nowhere near the point where I could say “my collection is complete”.

I think I could almost say that there is probably no other piece of clothing that I like wearing as much as I like kimonos. Okay, well maybe jeans…

Not only are kimonos currently real it-pieces, but they are also great when you are aiming to create a cool, casual or sophisticated look.

This particular one, which I found at Zara, made my heart skip a beat. For one, because it is mainly green 😊 and I just loved the floral pattern.

With this look, I combined the kimono with a simple pair of jeans from Closed as well as a simple basic t-shirt by James Presse.

The wonderful Yuna sandals by Brain Atwood are currently my absolute favorite shoes right now. I mean, wouldn’t you agree that they are just stunning??

They might not look like it at first sight, but they are unbelievably comfortable and really just soooo cool.

To complete my look, I added a burgundy Saint Laurent Collège Monogram shoulder bag, which matched nicely with the kimono’s lovely floral pattern and the Yuna sandals.

I hope you enjoyed reading my blog and that you liked this look as much as I do! I wish you all a lovely week and stay tuned for what is coming next on Blondwalk.com 😉
